I understand your rule and I advocate the same, but it’s just plainly wrong to ban people for using simple everyday words, just because they MIGHT be used in other way to offend someone. The word «suck» is completely harmless. It simply means «сосать», f.e.: «I sucked the juice out of the carton» — simply means to drink juice. It can be insulting to others only if used in other context, related to certain sexual activity, and targeted at the other person, but in my case it only means that «I’m bad at driving».
